     About CCCF

The Chicago Contemporary Circus Festival (CCCF) welcomes local, national, and international circus artists and professionals to apply to our open call for our next festival, March 6-12, 2017. We seek shows, acts, and works-in-progress projects for public presentation as part of our festival. CCCF is one of the only immersive contemporary circus festivals in the United States. We offer a wide range of programming including performances, master classes, workshops, and panel discussions. Performances we seek include, but are not limited to, mainstage and black box shows at the Athenaeum Theater, acts for our cabaret, acts for a gala, as well as other performance happenings at venues of varying sizes throughout the city of Chicago.

CCCF is a gathering of circus professionals and enthusiasts to create a space in the United States for performers and professionals to network, discuss current trends, and explore the growth and development of contemporary circus here in the U.S.  We are joyful to have you as part of the festival!
