BosCos - (nom del lloc)

BosCos is a research through circus, movement and theatre, on the human relationship with tree communities. Six artists from different disciplines settle for a few days in the heart of the forest to explore verticality, memory and the relationship between the human and plant body. The result is a shared stroll with the public. A journey to the treetops where climbing ceases to be a
spectacular gesture to become an everyday and ancestral skill, intertwined with words, stories and small landscape fantasies.

The name of the place is part of the title of the piece for two reasons: First, to highlight the site-specific nature of the proposal (it’s always different); second, to pay homage to the toponymy, often in regression, of our territories. Thus, the name of the landscape can be one of the names of the forest, a specific nearby point, a territorial area, a geographical feature, etc.
