Ockham's Razor are looking for physical performers for the first stages of Research and Development for a new creation.
They are looking for performers in their 60s & 70s, ideally current or former aerialists but we are also interested in hearing from dancers or physical performers who are willing and able to experiment with circus / aerial choreography.
They are also looking for performers aged 9-13 with some training in aerial, acrobatics / gymnastics or dance.
The week will involve devising theatre from the movement and images of circus, and performers should be prepared for experimentation and play.
Rehearsals will be held in Sydenham, South East London at MY AERIAL HOME (SE26 4PR) between 5-9 December 2017 and will be paid in line with Equity / ITC rates. Performers will not be called for the whole week but for one or two days each. We are happy to work around school hours and be as flexible as possible.
