Two days dedicated to the trapeze and juggling celebrate the 10th anniversary of the fall APCC
Cronopis, space circus in Mataro, will host the weekend of 26 and 27 September, the Trapeze meeting that tooks part of the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the APCC. The meeting will include space for practice, workshops, lectures and exhibition of this discipline. Soon we will announce the program and open the registration. The conference is organized by a volunteer committee members and has the support of Cronopis.
After two weeks, in particular, Friday October 9, La Central del Circ will host the International Meeting of juggling. The day will include a lecture by Jean-Michel Guy, videos from jugglers in the start of the century, and a juggling cabaret. The conference is organized by the APCC in collaboration with the La Central del Circ Soon we will announce the program and open registration.
The 10 years of the APCC
On December 19, the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the APCC statetd wiuth an act at the Teatre Lliure, and since then have been published diferrent videos with images and interviews about this last ten years. The APCC has celebrated the International Day of Acrobatics (March 13, Centre Cultural Terrassa) and has a Spain circus professional associations meetinf (May 9, Fira de Reus Trapezi). On October 3 APCC will organize a day of celebration with the members.
The Association currently has 260 members, manages La Central del Circ, Circat.cat, a websitel for the internationalization of Catalan circus. The APCCcontinues to work to dignify circus, to grow the profession and encourage greater circus presence in culture and in society.
